Fish and Tofu Stir–fry is an easy and healthy dish to make, with simple ingredients you can find in the local store.
By spending a little money, you can the tasty meal within 15 minutes. The flavors are combined to create a cheerful taste which makes our day great.
- Fish, tofu, white egg yolk
- Onion, tomato, scallion, bell pepper, flour, garlic
- Chicken powder, chicken soup, soy sauce, sugar, and chili powder
First, we chop and slice onion, tomato, scallion, tofu, fish into small pieces that are easy to bite.
Put the sliced fish into a bowl, and season it with salt, flour, white egg yolk, and chili powder. Stir the fish with those ingredients until fully mixed flavors.
Heat the wok over high heat, add a lot of cooking oil in order to fry the fish and tofu.
After the oil becomes hot, put the sliced fish in and fry them until sizzle, then them out on a plate for later use. Followed by tofu, and repeat the process.
In a wok, heat the cooking oil, fry the garlic until sizzle, then add onion and tomato. Followed by adding chicken soup and let it simmer a little bit.
Season the soup with chicken powder, soy sauce, and sugar. Then add scallion, bell pepper, and chill powder.
Let it boil until sauce is thickened and the soup is dried. Then add fried tofu and fish in; Stir-fries them until fully mixed well with seasoning.
Taste for seasoning and adjust it if needed. Dish out and enjoy eating your tasty meal.
