- Pork ribs
- Chicken powder
- Oyster sauce
(1) Put a few pork ribs (As many as you need) in the plate. Mix the ribs with chopped garlics, pepper, chicken powder and oyster sauce together.
(2) Squeeze and marinate a few minutes.
(3) Heat oil for frying with medium heat, then place ribs into the wok and fry for 4 minutes.
(4) Flipping them and fry for another 4 minutes (make sure it will not burning)
Finally, transfer them into a plate, add chilli if you like. Then we got the dish and ready to serve. Enjoy this easy cooking!!!
