Cut the squid into small bitted pieces. You can boil and scald the squid for a few seconds before cook if necessary.
In a wok, heat the cooking oil and fry the garlic and chili until sizzle.
Add squid to the wok and stir fry over high heat for a few seconds.
Then season the squid with a lot of pepper, followed by fish sauce, chicken powder, sugar and oyster sauce. Stir fry the squid until liquid thickens.
Then add young pepper to the wok, stir fry 30 seconds.
Leave it to be cooked for a few minutes until sauce thickens.
Transfer the dish to the plate and ready to serve with rice or beer. Enjoy!!
