The ingredients are short with a few steps to follow. However the flavour is very satisfying. You can replace shrimps with another meats or seafood. People loves glass noodles and always serve it as weekly meals.
- Glass Noodle, Shrimps
- Garlics, Ginger, Parsley, Chilli
- Pepper, fish sauce, salt, sugar, oyster sauce
(1) We have to slice ginger and parsley.
(2) Then we are putting garlics and parsley in the mortar, adding some pepper and start pounding it.
(3) We heat the wok, add cooking oil, wait until it’s hot enough and add the pounded garlic & parsley. Then start stirring for 30 seconds.
Then we add shrimps, stir them for a few time, and we add our ingredients such as fish sauce, salt, sugar, and oyster sauce. After that, we stir them until turning orange.
(4) We add sliced ginger. Then we start cooking the glass noodles with boiled water for 3 minutes. Then remove glass noodles from boiled water, drain and rinse with cold water, and add it into the wok.
(5) Stirring them for 2 minutes until it’s cooked. Then transfer it to a plate.
Now, we have done a delicious dish. and can serve it as your dinner. Please enjoy your homemade food that you just made.
