- Peas, beef, garlic
- Chicken powder, sugar, fish sauce, pepper, oyster sauce
Slice beef into small bitted pieces.
Heat the wok over high heat and add cooking oil; add chopped garlic and let it sizzle a bit before adding beef.
Next, we add sliced beef and stir it a few seconds.
Season the dish with chicken powder, sugar, fish sauce, pepper, oyster sauce, and sugar.
Give it a few more stir-fries with high heat until the liquid thickens.
Add peas and stir-fried with cooked beef a few seconds.
Transferring the cooked dish onto a plate to start enjoying it with rice.
