Spicy Hot Stir-Fried Minced Pork with Egg Recipe

This easy and quick stir fry makes a regular appearance on my table. This Thai food is made of minced pork, eggs, and chilis. You will get an easy and delicious meal in only 15 minutes!


  • Minced pork, egg
  • Garlic, basil
  • Oyster sauce, sugar, chicken powder


Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Fried garlic until sizzle, add minced pork and stir fry for 30 seconds.

Season it with oyster sauce, sugar and chicken powder; Stir fry again for 5 minutes until pork is well cooked.

Place clean basil and stir fry with cooked pork for a few seconds.

Crack an egg and fry to get 50% cooked.

Adjust seasoning if needed. Add more chilies if you like hot dishes.

Dish out and enjoy it with rice!!
