Japchae - Spicy glass noodle with mixed vegetables

The glass noodles are smooth and stretchy. It is good at soaking up the spicy. Glass noodles is healthy food that is high in protein, and low in calories.

Even if you eat a lot, you will not feel uncomfortable, because it is really light on your stomach.

This Korean Glass Noodles will be ready within 20 minutes!!


  • Glass noodle, beef, egg
  • Carrot, onion, wood ear, cabbages, enokitake, bean sprout, olive oil, sesame,
  • Chicken soup, chicken powder, soy sauce, salt, chili powder, and hot pepper sauce.


First, we slice vegetables and beef into small pieces that are easy to bite.

Place glass noodles in the boiled water for 4-5 minutes until they turn soft. Then take it out into a bowl.

In a wok, heat the cooking oil, fry all sliced vegetables and beef one by one until cooked.

Crack an egg into a bowl, add a little bit salt and use a chopstick to beat the eggs until it mixed well with the seasoning. Then fry the egg mixture until 90% cooked and slice it into bitted pieces.

Now it’s time to make the sauce by mixing chicken soup, chicken powder, sugar, salt, soy sauce, chili powder, olive oil, and hot pepper sauce.

On the glass noodles bowl, we pour a little bit olive oil to make it smooth and add some sesame, then we pour the hot sauce mixture that we just made on it.

In the last step, we mix the glass noodles with all cooked vegetables, beef, and sauce mixture together until it fully mixed all the flavor.

Dish out on a plate, and enjoy the tasty and spicy Japchae.
