INGREDIENTS

(1) We will need two or three eggs as you deserve, carrot, onion, scallion, salt, and pepper.

(2) Mix eggs with carrot, onion, and scallion together, put a little bit salt and pepper.

(3) Stir it, and pour into the heat oil pan.

(4) We are extending it like carpet to roll up. Make it to become thicker.

(5) After it’s well cooked, we start to cut it in to small piece that is easy to eat.
