How to make Black Eyed Peas Dessert

Black Eyed Peas Dessert is sweet with tiny slightly chewy. Cook for 20 minutes until rice becomes sticky and beans are cooked.

Beans dessert, one popular Asian dessert,  is served with sweetness every season. Beans are rich in vitamin B and E and other beneficial minerals. Moreover, it contains fiber to keep us slim.

Ingredients:

  • Beans
  • sugar
  • glutinous rice
  • coconut milk 

Directions

Rinse and soak beans overnight. Bring beans to boil and reduce to a low simmer for 20 minutes. 

Add sugar juice and let it simmer for 5 minutes.

Add glutinous rice and let it simmer for 15 minutes.

Then add beans and coconut milk. Continue simmering with until the rice is cooked. Always stir it to avoid burning rice.

Dish out and enjoy the dessert.
