The glass noodles are smooth and good at soaking up the spice. It is a healthy food that is high in protein, and low in calories.
Even if you eat a lot, you will not feel uncomfortable, because it is really light on your stomach.
This easy and fresh salad dish makes a regular appearance on my table. You will get a delicious meal in only 15 minutes because it uses only a few simple ingredients.
- Glass noodle, squid, egg
- Onion, tomato, long beans, parley, garlic, chilli
- Sugar, fish sauce, lemon juice
First, we slice onion, tomato, squid into small pieces that are easy to bite.
Place glass noodles in the boiled water for 4-5 minutes until they turn soft. Then take it out into a bowl.
Put the sliced squid in the boiled water for 1 minute until it cooked and take it out.
In the bowl, we mix the glass noodles with all sliced vegetables (onion, tomato, long beans, and parley), and squid together. But we still wait for the sauce!!!
Now it’s time to make the sauce. We pound garlic and chilli in a mortar. Then we add sugar, fish sauce, and lemon juice together with pounded ingredients, stir them until mixed the flavour well.
This sauce contains sweet, spicy, salty and sour flavours.
We pour the sauce on the mixed dish above and mix them together again until soaked up well all the flavours.
Dish out in another bowl, add more fried garlic and chilli if needed. And enjoy the tasty and spicy dish we just made.
