This easy and quick stir fry makes a regular and fantastic meal for the busy weekdays that’s cooked really quickly. You will get an easy and delicious meal within only 20 minutes or shorter!
- Bell pepper, scallion, garlic
- Palm sugar, oyster sauce, pepper, chicken powder
Slice beef and bell pepper into small pieces that will be cooked faster.
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Fried chopped garlic and scallion until sizzle, then add palm sugar and stir fry for 30 seconds until it melted.
Add sliced beef, increase the heat, and stir fry for 30 seconds.
Season the dish with oyster sauce, pepper, and chicken powder; Stir fry again until sauce thickens.
Add bell pepper and stir fry again for 30 seconds.
Adjust seasoning if necessary. Add more chilies if you wish to.
Dish out and ready to serve with rice!!
