Stir-Fries pork liver with cabbages is one of the healthy food that we love cooked at home. We love to decorate the cabbages as a flower, that looks beautiful.
This food is a good source of Thiamin, Protein, Manganese, and many more. But it’s high in Cholesterol.
It is delicious, but the pork liver takes a little bit long time to be well cooked. It is ready to serve within 30 minutes of cooking.

- Cabbages, scallion, garlic, chili,
- Oyster sauce, fish sauce, chicken powder
First, we need to put cabbages into boiled water for 1 minute and take it out.
In a pot, heat the cooking oil, fry chopped garlic and chili until sizzle, then add oversteer sauce and stir fry a few seconds.
Add boiled cabbages and stir fry with the sauce for 30 seconds and dish out for later use.
Heat oil in another pan over medium heat, add sliced pork liver and stir fry for 1 minute.
Then season the dish with oyster sauce, fish sauce, chicken powder; Stir fry again for 4 minutes or until the liver turns brown or is well cooked.
Dish out on the cabbages plate, add chili and fried garlic to enhance the dish’s taste.
Now it is ready to serve with rice and enjoy it with your family!!
